An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Property Manager to take charge of a tidy, established portfolio with the support of efficient systems, innovative tech, and a strong team.

Responsible For:

• Full end-to-end management of a portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Conduct entry and exit inspections with accompanying reports
• Manage routine inspections and reporting, with support from a Part-Time Inspection Manager and external providers
• Handle maintenance and arrears, assisted by two experienced Virtual Assistants
• Coordinate leasing

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with landlords, tenants, and trades
• Professionally presented and able to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proficiency in PropertyMe software is essential
• Solid understanding of relevant QLD legislation and industry best practices
• Must hold a current QLD real estate certificate
