The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager with 3+ years experience who loves the industry but also wants their work-life balance back.

You’ll step into a well-maintained portfolio of just 150 properties, with full support from leasing and accounts — so you can focus on what you do best: building great relationships with owners and tenants.

What We’re Looking For

Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence

Proven experience managing your own residential portfolio (3+ years)

Strong communication and relationship skills

A positive, professional attitude and team focus
