Position Overview:

The company is seeking a dedicated and professional Account Executive to join their Inside Sales team. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in increasing sales and contributing to the company's growth by building and strengthening client relationships. This role operates under a hybrid work model

Responsibilities:

• Attain monthly sales objectives.
• Process orders
• Help customers build their business
• Assist clients with technical inquiries such as product ingredients
• Provide customers with information on their orders, past invoices, return policies, and tracking orders
• Research and identify new potential client options and follow up on referrals

Qualifications:

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel)
• Strong listening skills, very customer focused, and professional
• Detail oriented, with the ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
