About the Role

Join PAINTNCOLOUR as a Technical Officer / Sales Area Manager based out of our Willawong (QLD 4110) branch.
This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both our sales team and tinting operations — ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and expert technical support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and product support to customers on the selection and application of our paint and coating systems.

Manage and coordinate communication with internal teams and external customers on long-term projects.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share insights with the sales team and clients.

Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including product data sheets and technical specifications.

Deliver colour matching support and paint formulation assistance.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Relevant technical qualifications or significant experience in industrial and/or automotive coatings.

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to deliver clear, practical technical advice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Sound understanding of paint application processes and paint failure analysis.

A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach with the flexibility to take on varied tasks.
