The Company…

Our client, with Australian Operations based on the Gold Coast, is a global leader headquartered in Germany manufacturing a range of high-quality products used in virtually every industry imaginable.

They are a third-generation family company that have been in the market for over 70 years, each year with continued growth and they have gained a strong reputation for delivering high quality in product, application and support.

Established on the Gold Coast for 6 years, now in a new purpose build premises with the vision to grow a strong, long-term presence in the local market as well as branch offices throughout Australia, they are now looking to expand the internal sales team with a dynamic and technically minded Internal Sales Representative.

The Role…

We’re after a sales-driven, technically minded professional who can:

• Build strong relationships with customers (and win new ones)

• Provide smart technical solutions, not just products

• Manage the full sales cycle — quotes, stock checks, orders, after-sales

• Work closely with our German specialists on complex projects

• Grow into a true product expert with ongoing training

What You’ll Bring…

• Internal sales experience (industrial/mechanical/engineering a plus)

• Tech-savvy mindset and ability to explain complex products clearly

• Proactive, detail-driven, and customer-focused attitude

• CRM/Excel/Outlook confidence
