Identify organisational risks and implement smart strategies to mitigate and minimise exposure.

Facilitate consultations with management, residents, and clients on aged care initiatives and policy changes.

Manage monthly audits and track the effectiveness of action plans.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives that empower staff to innovate and contribute.

Maintain monthly data entry and evaluations across feedback, incidents, complaints, and more.

Drive the development and review of policies, procedures, and forms in line with our quality registers.

Track documentation reviews and ensure timely distribution across departments.

Keep our communications register sharp and effective through regular reviews.
