About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Casual Receptionist/Admissions Officer to join our team at Wolper Jewish Hospital in Woollahra, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your availability.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and helpful manner

Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries

Assisting with patient admissions and discharges

Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

Providing general administrative support as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare or hospital environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and general office software

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
