If you love to to keep an organised office and have worked in admin in a healthcare setting before - we would love to hear from you! We are looking for someone to join our reception team.
This role currently is 8-12 hours per week, which will include 2 or more 8pm finish times and some Saturday mornings. There is room for growth and more hours in this position, so please contact us today!
Qualifications & experience
Computer knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in a similar role preferred
Preferred but not essential, experience with appointment booking software
Tasks & responsibilities
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Booking in patient appointments correctly & efficiently via the phone, email or in person.
Notifies physiotherapists of patient arrival.
Maintains telephone & email system.
Keeps a safe and efficient practice by complying with systems & procedures.
Assists the physios with medical certificates and other administrative tasks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Laundry, sanitising treatment beds & organisation of the practice.
