We’re seeking a motivated individual ready to bring their expertise in the Nursing sector to our dynamic team. As Candidate Manager, you’ll be supporting a high-performing team with sourcing, onboarding and managing healthcare professionals across Australia.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with our national pool of nurses and aged care staff

Manage compliance, onboarding and credentialing processes

Collaborate closely with our consultants to ensure seamless candidate and client experiences

Provide responsive, proactive communication and deliver top-tier service

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate care or workforce coordination

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

A people-first approach, you care about relationships, not just transactions

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
