Medical Staff is seeking a Full Time Manager to lead up the Rural/Regional Nursing Placement Team. This is an in-office role based in St Leonards, NSW.

Experience in a similar role is required.

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff

Using our large pre-existing database of clients and candidates to ensure KPIs are met

Candidate Management including recruitment and placement of nurses as per client requirements on a national level

Working as per company policies and procedures

Working within a team and independently

Being able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

To be successful in this role you will have:

A minimum of 3 years experience in Australia placing nurses in Regional/Rural positions and placements

Great verbal and written communication skills

Strong self-motivation

A proactive and goal orientated mindset

Strong multi-tasking skills

Sound computer skills

Ability to follow policy and procedures

Strong time management

The ability to work under guidance and independently when required

A can-do attitude

The ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

A willingness to be part of a busy team

The ability to successfully aid in meeting deadlines.
