About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor nurses and clinical support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment room, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols
Manage rostering, performance reviews, and professional development for nursing staff
Ensure efficient use and maintenance of medical equipment and stock levels
Support accreditation processes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with practice management and doctors to achieve clinical and financial goals
Coordinate chronic disease management and nurse-led health programs
Promote a positive, patient-centred culture within the practice
About You
You're a confident, organised nurse leader who can balance clinical care with operational management. You'll bring strong people skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical nursing role, RN (primary care experience highly regarded)
Proven leadership or team management experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of infection control, chronic disease management and primary health principles
