Chef – Naughty Norman, Mornington VIC

Naughty Norman is a fun, busy restaurant and bar in the heart of Mornington. We’re all about good food, good drinks, and creating a place people love to hang out. We’re now on the lookout for a full-time Chef to join our crew.

What you’ll be doing:

Cooking up great food across our menu to a consistent high standard

Helping plan and organise daily prep and service

Keeping an eye on quality and making sure every dish looks and tastes spot on

Ordering stock, managing supplies, and keeping waste down

Sticking to all food safety and hygiene standards (non-negotiable!)

Sharing your knowledge with the team and training junior staff when needed

Having input on menus and seasonal specials

What we’re looking for:

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

At least 1 years’ experience as a qualified chef in a busy kitchen

Solid knowledge of food prep, safety, and hygiene

Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced service

A team player who enjoys working with others

The details:

Full-time role (38 hours per week minimum)

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)

Location: Mornington, Victoria
