About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Horticulturist/ Gardener to join our full-time team. In this role, you will be integral in delivering superior garden maintenance services and will work closely with our team leaders to ensure our high standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding.

Maintain the high standards expected by our residential and strata clients.

Apply your horticultural knowledge and best practices in landscape maintenance.

Operate and maintain garden tools and equipment safely.

Travel across various sites within Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.

Key Requirements:

Certificate II or III in Horticulture is not essential but highly regarded.

Minimum 2 years proven experience in Horticulture or Landscape maintenance.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
