Ed's Mowing & Maintenance, a leading provider of professional gardening and lawn mowing services, is seeking a full-time Gardener/Lawn Mowing Team Member to join our rapidly growing company based in Mortdale, NSW.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our clients' outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping and lawn care duties.

What you'll be doing

Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance

Hedge Trimming

Communicating with your dedicated clients and delivering exceptional customer service

Working with a team and reaching KPIs with clear progression

What we're looking for

Positive attitude and great work ethic. We need someone who is willing to learn new skills and doesn't give up.

Excellent communication skills with clients. Customer satisfaction is key at our company and why we've grown so fast.

Future leaders for our company. Growing from 1 solo operator to 7 employees in 12 months requires leadership. We are looking for someone to step up in the short future.

Experience in a similar role for 1-2 years (Preferred, not necessary)

Valid drivers license. P1 or higher. Required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

High fitness level is required to perform manual labour for extended periods.
