About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Garden Crew Member to join our team at Flametree gardens' in Sydney, Eastern Suburbs - NSW. As a casual team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beautiful gardens and landscapes we create for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment and contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning

Assisting with the installation and upkeep of garden features and landscaping elements

Transporting and operating gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Providing a high level of customer service to our clients

Contributing to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the work site

Working collaboratively with the garden crew team to achieve project goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gardening or landscaping role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting

Knowledge of various gardening techniques and the ability to operate common gardening equipment

A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Own Vehicle is a MUST

Own Basic tools to be provided
