Property Lawyer or Experienced Conveyancer – Launceston

We're looking for a property lawyer or experienced conveyancer to join our friendly team in Launceston.

You'll manage your own conveyancing files from start to finish. This role suits someone who already understands the Tasmanian conveyancing process, whether you've been running your own matters or working under supervision and are now ready to step up into a more independent position.

This is a full-time, in-office role, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays once you're comfortable with our systems and processes.

We're after someone who:

Has a minimum of 1-2 years of conveyancing experience in Tasmania

Can confidently handle files from instruction to settlement

Communicates clearly and works well with clients, agents, and other firms

Is organised, reliable, and takes pride in doing a good job

Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team

You will be a good fit for this role if you are:

Experienced in fast-paced jobs and can handle high-pressure situations

Comfortable taking initiative

Someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Extremely comfortable using technology and quick to adapt to new systems (Tasmania is set to introduce electronic conveyancing within the next year)

Experienced in keeping clients happy and managing their expectations effectively
