The role:

Cater Care is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to oversee and support culinary operations within our portfolio of sites in the Perth metro area. This role is ideal for a professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers and maintaining a highly efficient kitchen environment. As well as being able to work within different locations and teams.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

What this role involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation/presentation and site management
• Managing overall costs, with a focus on food and labour
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety practices
• Leading, developing, and managing a team effectively
• Assisting with bulk cooking operations
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Experience managing labour, food, and operational costs
• Previous experience in kitchen operations and/or site management
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• A valid driver’s license and access to their own vehicle
