The Byron Bay Services Club is on the hunt for an energetic and motivated Club Supervisor to join our leadership team.

We’re a modern and highly successful Club located in the heart of the Byron Bay CBD. With a booming membership of over 8,000, we pride ourselves on being the friendliest venue in town and delivering exceptional experiences across our bar, bistro, cafe, gaming lounge (78 EGMs), TAB, Keno, and function spaces.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

A people-person with a positive attitude who knows how to take charge, think on their feet, and keep the wheels turning. You'll be hands-on, solution-focused, and committed to ensuring our members and guests enjoy every visit. The position has a role in not just the daily operations of the Club but also helping to shape the future direction of the Club. There is a clear career path forward within the existing Club structure for the successful applicant.

✅ You must have:

· RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG (or be willing to obtain).

· Strong operational knowledge of gaming machines, bar & hospitality.

· Proven experience in rostering, stock control, and staff supervision.

· Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.

💰 What’s on offer:

· Remuneration in accordance with the Licensed Clubs Award – Level 6 Supervisor

* 9 day fortnight with one weekend off in every 4 week period

· A room in our Club-owned residence may be available to the right applicant (a great option for someone looking to settle in Byron!).
