Admin Team Leader, QLD | Full-time

Safe QLD Fire is seeking a motivated and organised Office Team Leader to bring structure, energy, and leadership to our Capalaba office. You’ll be the engine room of our operations, making sure everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes while supporting a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day office operations including scheduling, invoicing, data management, minor accounts, and general administration.

Managing our service management platform (Simpro) at a basic level, including onboarding new clients.

Acting as the main point of contact for staff, clients, and management, handling enquiries and keeping communication clear and efficient.

Streamlining office systems, procedures and workflows to boost productivity and make life easier for the team.

Who We’re Looking For

Look, it's preferable for two years of experience in a team leadership or office management in this role, but if you’re ready to step up and have the skills, we want to hear from you, it's just common sense!

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels.

Comfortable with Outlook, Office Suite, and general computer systems.

A proactive, solutions-focused person who looks for better ways to do things and follows through.

Experience developing office procedures is a bonus, but not essential.
