We're looking for a Product & Growth Specialist to join our growing team and help deliver digital products and customer engagement programs for Valeur and our automotive finance partners.

What you'll do

Product & Delivery

Work with stakeholders to gather and validate product requirements

Translate ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and support testing through to release

Manage priorities and delivery progress using our agile Kanban approach

Contribute to process improvements and ensure delivered features meet agreed business outcomes

Growth & Marketing

Collaborate with client marketing teams to design and roll out customer engagement programs

Set up workflows, triggers, and CRM automation that align with campaign objectives

Monitor usage and performance data across campaigns to identify insights and opportunities

Document and communicate change requests or enhancements to internal teams

What you'll bring

5+ years' experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Delivery

Experience in automotive, finance, or technology sectors preferred

Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Familiarity with Salesforce, Customer.io, or similar tools

Hands-on experience setting up CRM workflows, triggers, and automated campaigns

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar) to interpret campaign performance data

Confident communication and client-facing experience

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies)

Must have the right to work in Australia
