About the Role

This full-time, on-site role is based in Mascot, NSW, with responsibilities that combine IoT technical expertise, product Technical leadership, sales estimation, and client success management. As the IoT Product Specialist, The role will in addition to implement, service and support systems, support the continued development and implementation of Opela solutions, drive product development according to client requirements, manage key accounts, and ensure exceptional client outcomes. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning technical solutions with customer needs, supporting both the technical andcommercial success of ACG’s IoT offerings.

About you

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience in IoT Hardware and software support, software development, and customer-centric product

development.

• Construction White Card

Experience

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of IOT systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in the security or automation industry is preferred

• Field Service and Customer Service skills

• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills

• Service of Kiosk hardware, touchscreens, HID RS485/232 and Wiegand interfaces.

• Service of IT Network equipment and NUC hardware.

• IOS and Android Apps

• User Training

• Developing documentation

• Strong skills in CRM systems, project management, and technical problem-solving.

• Demonstrated success in estimating, developing proposals, and engaging clients through technical and sales

support.

System Knowledge and or Skills

• Linux Ubuntu CLI (Installation, updates and patching)

• Docker applications and implementation.

• Mysql or MariaDB navigation by CLI, management and scripting.

• FTP setup, administration and scripting.

• HTML and CSS Customisation.

• Web browser-based applications.

• Remote Device Management.

• Basic understanding of Python applications.

• Intermediate Networking skills, Router network configuration, Port forwarding, MAC filtering, DHCP allocation, and

VPN setup.

• NUC hardware repair and drive cloning
