Premier architectural home builder seeking qualified and highly skilled carpenter and site manager. Must have strong work ethic, efficiency, punctuality and motivation. Must have own vehicle and tools.

The successful candidate will be the primary site contact for their particular project. Job responsibilities will include managing various trades on site and ensuring compliance with architectural documentation, company policies and building regulations. Along with all aspects of residential carpentry from framing, lock-up and fix, through to handover, on new builds, extensions and renovations. You will be working closely with our construction manager, and contract administration staff to ensure success throughout the lifespan of a project.

Attention to detail is critical!

Qualification to at least a Cert 4 in Building and Construction is preferred.

We are a young, enthusiastic team employing 10 staff. You will be working closely with a mix of management and administrative staff, carpenters, apprentices, tradespeople, suppliers, architects and clients.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: To be determined based on experience and skill level.

All candidates must live locally to Melbourne's inner northern, and inner eastern suburbs.
