Site Manager - Tier 3 Commercial Builder

• $150 - 170'000 package.

Atlas Recruitment are partnering with an up & coming Tier 3 Commercial Builder who are looking to secure an experienced Site Manager on a full-time basis.

Established in 2019, our client has successfully grown their presence in the residential, education, council, sports & retail sectors and are now looking ahead to a strong pipeline of work primarily falling in the east & southeast areas of Melbourne.

The business has built their reputation on delivering projects to a high standard, with a strong focus on safety, organisation & professionalism. The successful candidate will need to be driven by these same values.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Development & Management the construction program.
• Prepare & manage site logistics plan.
• Management of all onsite activity.
• Utilisation of Hammertech to enforce safety protocols, manage inductions, and reporting.
• Effective client & stakeholder management

About You

• 5 years + experience as a site manager with a track record in delivering projects up to $10M
• Trade background or equivalent desired but not essential
• Proficient in the use of IT & software systems.
