We are seeking experienced Site Managers to deliver a series of fitout, upgrade and refurbishment projects across a major university campus in Melbourne. These are contract roles with upcoming starts.

About the Projects:

• Bathroom and amenity upgrades
• Office and study area fitout/refurbishments
• General campus improvements

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout or refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of OH&S and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in a live environment
