This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Spring Hill. This accounting firm is well known in the region for the high quality advice they provide their stable client base. This firm provides their clients with services ranging from business advisory, tax compliance, wealth creation and SMSFs. This firm has a very positive culture.

POSITION

The position of Manager has been created to cater for growth in the client base.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Manage a fee base of $1m
• Manage a team of on shore and off shore staff
• Review work
• High level compliance and advisory

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Ability to manage $1m in fees
• Ability to manage on shore and off shore staff
• Experience with XPM and Xero
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
