Daimonji Sushi Bar & Grill is a classy Japanese restaurant providing outstanding dining services to Claremont and surrounding suburbs. We are current recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Under the direction of the proprietors to work as a Restaurant Manager including, but not limited to:

Plan and design or improve food and beverages menus in consultation with chef where appropriate.

Maintain records of stock levels and keeping account of financial transactions.

Ensuring / purchasing of ingredients and goods according to allocated budget.

Ensuring compliance with health regulations and are clean and functional.

Manage customer service and satisfaction and obtaining feedback.

Taking action on customers’ feedback to promote and expand Daimonji Sushi Bar & Grill.

Take reservations.

Manage the roster of staff.

Training staff to meet high customer service standard.

Such other duties as are incidental to the work of a Restaurant Manager.

Success Candidate

The successful candidate must have the minimum formal qualification to work as a Restaurant Manager. At least have 3 years of work experience is preferred.
