Disability Support Workers – Country to Coast Care
At Country to Coast Care, we’re not just another provider, we’re the difference.
We’re a passionate, hands-on team committed to empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives. We provide high-quality, person-centred support across the Newcastle and Hunter region, and we’re looking for genuine, reliable, and driven Disability Support Workers who truly care about making a difference.
If you’re just looking for a job where you can sit on your phone and coast through shifts, this isn’t the place for you. We want people who take pride in their work, show up for their participants, and support their teammates with heart and integrity.
Our director works right alongside you on the front line, and our small management team means you’ll always know who’s answering the phone, no call centres, no confusion, just real people who have your back.
In return, you’ll be valued, supported, and rewarded with competitive pay, team get-togethers, and management that truly listens. We’re committed to you, and to every participant we support, because that’s what makes us different!
