The Role:

Working alongside an experienced team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding;
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across HR operations;
• Assisting with recruitment, including graduate and clerkship programs;
• Supporting cyclical processes such as remuneration reviews, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives;
• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters in the Sydney office; and
• Contributing to and leading aspects of change management and project work.

To Be Successful:

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor within a professional services environment is required;
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills;
• The confidence and presence to be the face of HR in Sydney; and
• A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
