At Tiny Hearts, every piece of content we create has one goal: to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence to protect their little ones. Our content doesn’t just get views; it saves lives.
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate content creator who can bring stories to life through powerful short-form video. Around 50% of your work will focus on Tiny Hearts, with the remaining time spent creating content for two other founder-led brands, including organic and paid content.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and Creative Content Strategist to bring ideas to life across all platforms. This role is exciting, dynamic, and offers the chance to grow as we enter a new phase of rapid expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content that educates, connects and inspires parents
Capture authentic behind-the-scenes and founder-led storytelling moments
Contribute to So It’s Organic and paid campaign content
Turn complex or emotional topics into content that feels simple, warm and real
Use AI tools naturally within your creative flow to ideate or enhance your work
Create supporting visuals like carousels and thumbnails
Collaborate daily with our CEO and Creative Content Strategist to plan and deliver creative campaigns
Work from our Pakenham studio four days per week, with one work-from-home day
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
Have 3+ years’ experience creating high-performing short-form video content for brands
Can film, edit and produce sleek, high-quality videos that feel premium and purposeful
Have a creative eye for framing, lighting and storytelling
Thrive in a creative, fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Are proficient in your chosen editing tools and platforms
Are already using or experimenting with AI to enhance your creative process
Care deeply about doing meaningful work that empowers parents and families
We’re not looking for someone new to content creation. This role requires proven experience and a strong creative portfolio that shows you know how to craft content that connects and performs.
