Jane Property manages a diverse national retail and property portfolio. We are seeking a hands-on Financial Manager to join our team and lead the finance function supporting a portfolio of 200+ leases and significant property operations.

This is a critical, on-site position — we are not offering hybrid or work-from-home arrangements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will:

Oversee all accounting and financial reporting for the property portfolio.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual accounts, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.

Lead and guide a small finance support team for AR/AP and Audit functions .

Manage cash flow, GL, tax compliance, and external audit relationships.

Partner with property, leasing, and facilities teams to ensure accurate tenant receivables, incentives, and outgoings recovery.

Work closely with the CFO and Owner on strategic financial and banking matters

Drive system integrity with Yardi and other finance platforms, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

About You

We are looking for a professional who is:

CPA/CA qualified with solid commercial accounting experience.

Skilled in property/real estate accounting with deep knowledge of property ownership structures and statutory compliance.

Yardi experience is essential – you will be the subject-matter expert internally.

Confident in Excel and reporting systems, with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Collaborative, hands-on, and outcome-focused, with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable managing multiple entities and producing insights at both the detail and portfolio level.
