What will you be doing?
As Cluster Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire boutique teams across three key locations, based mainly out of Chatswood Chase, you will have 2 other Store Managers reporting into you remotely

Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales and service excellence

Maintain strong commercial focus through KPI management and sales analysis

Uphold premium visual merchandising and brand standards across all stores

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the brand's aesthetic and values

Who are you?

A proven leader with multi-site or senior Store Manager experience in fashion retail

Confident managing performance, developing talent, and driving results

Polished, professional, and passionate about premium styling and customer experience

Commercially astute with a hands-on approach to leadership
