We are looking for a leader who lives and breathes fashion, polished, professional, and passionate about womenswear. You'll be a hands-on people manager with a proven ability to drive culture, inspire teams, and deliver results across a multi-site portfolio.

What will you be doing?

Leading, coaching, and motivating Store Managers and their teams across 10-15 sites in Western Sydney

Driving sales, performance, and customer experience in line with brand expectations

Ensuring stores maintain impeccable standards of presentation, VM, and service

Building strong team culture and fostering future leaders within the business

Analysing results, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximise success

What skills will you bring?

Proven multi-site retail management experience in womenswear fashion is essential

A strong people leader - able to drive culture, set clear expectations, and inspire results

Polished and professional presentation with a love of style and apparel

Commercially astute with strong operational and business acumen

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• You MUST have a reliable car, travel is a huge part of this role & on occasion, you will be transferring stock between sites
