Bankstown Sports Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is ready to take on a new challenge as Premium Guest Assistant Manager.
Reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, you will be required to lead our Premium Guest Host Team in providing a memorable experience to our Premium Guest patrons and ensure our Premium Guest patrons have their service needs and requirements exceeded via loyalty rewards, patron recognition and through the utilisation of events and corporate facilities.
This role is suitable for someone passionate about developing their career in hospitality and looking for a managerial role within the hospitality industry. You will have a focus on delivering excellent customer service, employee training and development, performance management, sales and profitability and effective cost controls.
Responsibilities will include:
Demonstrated & ongoing commitment to our Culture Values; 'Can do' attitude, Team player and Surprise and Delight.
Supervising staff, ensuring their delivery of exceptional customer service, at all times
Training and coaching staff, with performance feedback
Overseeing daily operations across the Premium Gaming venue, including reporting and escalating incidences, where appropriate
RSA & RCG Management
Conflict resolution and performance management of both employees and guests
Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
Ensuring a safe working environment
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Valid NSW Competency Card
A flexible approach to a varied roster; across days, nights and weekends
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
