Level 2 IT Support Engineer - Goulburn, NSW
We're currently seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a full-time 3-4-month contract role (with a view to extend) based onsite in Goulburn, NSW. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and providing quality support within a dynamic environment.
Key Details:
- Location: Goulburn, NSW (onsite, 5 days per week - no WFH)
- Contract: 3-4 months (initial 3-month contract with likely extension)
- Start date: ASAP (within the next 2 weeks preferred)
- Eligibility: Only candidates living in or around Goulburn will be considered, as this is a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 onsite support across desktops, servers, and network environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, license management, and troubleshooting.
- Support server and infrastructure-related issues as part of the internal IT team.
- Handle incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation where necessary.
- Deliver timely and effective technical support to end users across the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Approximately 5 years' experience in a Level 2 support or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and user access management.
- Experience with ticketing systems (previous use of Halo is advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite setting.
