We are a small Wholesale Nursery located in the Obi Obi Valley in the Sunshine Coast hinterland (behind Mapleton) specialising in the production and sale of tropical plants.

We are looking to fill 2 positions (Monday-Friday averaging 38 hours p.w) for our busy summer season with the possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate/s.

Position 1 - Dispatch Supervisor

As Dispatch Supervisor, you will lead a team with order preparation and staff supervision, ensuring all orders are prepared efficiently and quality of orders is kept to a high standard. Performing general nursery hand duties when dispatch is not running including potting & maintenance.

Position 2 - Nursery Hand

Performing general Nursery Hand duties including potting, picking & preparing orders, & maintenance.

Both roles requires applicants to be physically fit in order to complete weekly tasks within the nursery.

Key qualities & experience required:

Previous nursery hand experience an advantage

Work efficiently on tasks given

Happy to work outdoors (rain/ hot weather when necessary)

Reliable and motivated to work at pace

Own reliable transport
