Story Fresh is looking for field crew members to work a Monday to Friday roster with only an occasional Saturday (generally due to weather impacts in the week's work schedule). On-the-job training is provided but the role requires the following:

reliability - this job requires people who want to work;

punctuality - crews get started early and must be on time to make the most of the cooler hours for the job;

physically fit - the tasks require a good level of physical fitness;

self-starters - enjoy getting the job done and done well;

strong team player - crews need to be positive and do a quality job, safely and efficiently;

own reliable transport - farms are located in proximity to Toowoomba.

Tasks undertaken include:

harvesting

planting

weeding

irrigation setup

cleaning

These are farm based roles: working outside in the fresh air. We have career pathways in place by promotion from within and upskilling for those keen to build a long term role in farming operations. Story Fresh is a multicultural workplace.
