SCREP is a leading multi-disciplinary allied health business with two vibrant locations across the Sunshine Coast, including:

The world-class O2 Performance centre (within The Sports Hub, Birtinya)

A private clinical setting with internal access to our partner fitness facility

We are known for working with a wide range of clients – from private referrals and chronic condition management to elite sports rehabilitation. Our administration team is essential to delivering smooth clinic operations and creating a positive experience for every client, from the first phone call to ongoing support.

A Day in the Life of Our Administration Officer

Your days will be diverse and rewarding. You will:

Be the welcoming face and voice of SCREP for all client interactions

Manage appointments, client communications, and practitioner schedules across both clinic locations

Assist with health fund, Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover billing and invoicing

Use our clinical software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Support the broader team with day-to-day clinic operations

Liaise with referring GPs, insurance companies, and sporting organisations

Contribute to a smooth-running, professional, and friendly clinical environment

Key Skills and Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (experience in allied health or medical clinics highly regarded)

Is confident, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Is proficient with computer systems (Nookal preference)

Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism

Is a team player who takes initiative and brings positivity to their workday

Has knowledge of billing processes (NDIS, DVA, Medicare, etc.) – preferred but not essential
