The role is based in Newcastle from our Beresfield office but will also require regular travel to sites within NSW.

You will be required to provide leadership by mentoring the project management and site teams, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, efficiency and customer focus, ensuring all project deliverables are aligned with established standards for safety, quality, program and budgets. Engage with stakeholders professionally and respectfully, champion a workplace culture that promotes a safe and supportive working environment.

You will be a building industry professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in residential construction; some commercial construction delivery experience would be well received.

Have a full understanding of relevant standards and building codes.

Experienced in managing budgets, programs and project resources.

Proficient in Micrsoft Office suite including MS Project.

A trade certificate or Construction Management degree.
