HSEQ Advisors are sought by an established iCirt rated Residential Builder/ Developer, to work on 2 x $100 million class 2 apartment projects in Northern Sydney and the Northern Beaches.

The Opportunity:

Working for an established Residential Builder/ Developer on class 2 residential apartment construction projects from $100 - 300 million.

You will be working in a site based role, in a lead role overseeing all WHS implementation and systems management

$130 - 140k base plus super

Northern Sydney and Northern Beaches site based projects

Reporting a Site Manager and Project Manager, with an indirect Safety Manager who is office based

$100 - 150 million class 2 apartment construction projects, 2 year programs.

Construction projects typically in the $100 - 300 million range

You will have:

An WHS/ OHS Diploma or Cert IV is essential

Previous health and safety experience with Principal Builder in NSW essential

High attention to detail

Highly IT Literate, with solid systems management experience, Hammertech experience advantageous

Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder

Presentable with good communication

Highly proactive with a willingness to offer the extra yard

Solid safety experience on class 2 residential building projects over $50 million

Excellent reporting and documentation skills
