L'épi Artisan Bakery, a beloved local bakery known for its artisanal bread and pastries, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to oversee our Kambah location. As the Location Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, leading a team of skilled professionals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Quality Control: Ensure that all bakery products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Work closely with the team to maintain consistent product quality.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the bakery through local events, social media, and in-store promotions to drive sales and enhance brand presence.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in management or hospitality is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Location: Must reside in Canberra or surrounding areas.

Working Rights: Must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Weekday availability is preferred, with flexibility for weekends.
