About the Role

As a Case Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Project Managers by coordinating the administrative and operational aspects of each project from initial assessment through to completion. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, trades, and internal teams, ensuring every stage of the job runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate job documentation, approvals, and progress updates between clients, trades, and insurers.

Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.

Review reports, quotes, and variations for accuracy.

Manage client communication and provide regular status updates.

Support Project Managers with compliance, documentation, and closeout tasks.

Assist in resolving queries or issues quickly and professionally.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in insurance repairs, building administration, or project coordination preferred.

Strong communication and organisation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Prime Ecosystem or construction software experience advantageous.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Knowledge of QBCC legislation and OH&S compliance viewed favourably.
