About The Opportunity

The Repair Manager (Desktop Supervisor) will play a crucial role in an Head Office setting overseeing roof replacement repair projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end roofing repairs, ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance.
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and teams with clear work orders.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and milestones to meet SLAs.
  • Review insurance scopes and reports with 95%+ accuracy.
  • Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency.
  • Represent Auscoast Builders professionally while meeting targets.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in project management, construction, or repair
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, repair processes, and QBCC/HBCF compliance.
  • Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and communication platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-focused, energetic, and solutions-driven with a positive attitude.
