We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Claims and Desktop Project Supervision teams. There are two roles available here:

Desktop Project Supervisor

Insurance Claims Coordinator

These are office-based positions where you’ll coordinate insurance repairs, schedule trades, and supervise projects remotely. It’s an ideal pathway into building supervision, with full support and training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with customers, insurers, and trades via phone and video

Schedule and coordinate repairs, from make-safes to completion

Review reports, photos, and trade documentation for clarity and accuracy

Supervise repair outcomes remotely and ensure quality standards are met

Support handover to estimators and submissions teams for client processing

What You’ll Need

Background in admin, insurance, trades, carpentry, or restoration - Prefer direct insurance experience as you'll want to hit the ground running

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn new systems (full training provided)
