A growing Sunshine Coast property management team based out of a modern lakefront office urgently needs an experienced Senior Property Manager. The Role:

  • End-to-end management of a clean residential portfolio (~110 properties)
  • Lease management, renewals and tenant relations
  • Property inspections, maintenance coordination and contractor liaison
  • Maximise rental income, occupancy and portfolio performance
  • Prepare reports, handle enquiries and maintain compliance with QLD legislation
  • Work closely VA for admin support
  • Use Propertyme & Microsoft Office Suite

What We are looking for:

  • Current QLD Registration Certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate Practice minimum)
  • Proven experience in residential property management (end-to-end)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Excellent written + verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with PropertyMe and MS Office; tech-savvy and process-oriented
  • Solution-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team
