The Role:
Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a proactive and skilled professional to manage a well-maintained portfolio of 110 properties, with end-to-end responsibility. You’ll have the support of dedicated admin assistance, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a portfolio of 110 properties with support from a dedicated virtual assistant.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and bond management.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine property inspections.
• Manage rental arrears and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident, professional communicator with a polished and approachable manner.
• Team player with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
