ABOUT THE ROLE

At the Shower Dr, we are looking for the next addition to our growing team that handles bathroom repairs and renovations.

As our Site Supervisor – Bathroom & Wet Area Renovations, you’ll be the linchpin of our on-site operations, steering projects from demo to completion with precision. You’ll manage the critical early phases (strip-out to waterproofing), navigate curveballs like structural surprises, and ensure our clients’ visions come to life on time and budget. This is a hands-on role blending construction know-how with top-tier client service and crew leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bathroom renovation projects, ensuring compliance with Australian codes and the tried and tested standards we have developed at the Shower Dr.

• Coordinate 4-6 person crews, managing timelines, safety, and quality.

• Handle client communications, providing daily updates and resolving concerns.

• Problem-solve on-site challenges, especially during demo and rebuild phases.

• Maintain budgets and schedules, targeting 95%+ on-time, on-budget delivery.
