An exciting opportunity currently exists for a talented Sales Coordinator in our Sunshine Coast Office. Join a growing business, private owned, fast paced team working alongside the General Manager and assisting our active Sales Agents; working within a local team but also part of a national company with 150 staff across 8 locations in the country.
You will need to be motivated, "switched on", driven, enthusiastic and pro-active. A keen interest in a commitment to customer service. You must also have excellent computer skills and great presentation.
It is crucial that you have ALL of the following skills:
Strong communication skills;
Attention to detail;
An excellent phone manner;
The ability to use your initiative;
Able to work autonomously;
Excellent personal presentation;
An ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include managing the sales order and contract process , assisting sales staff and liaising with customers.
