Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Freight & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role provides key support to our international logistics operations, ensuring freight movements are well-documented, on time, and compliant. The position also includes hands-on involvement in weekly airfreight shipments and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customs documentation, and shipping details.

Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays in a professional and efficient manner.

Support the Logistics Manager with reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Oversee weekly airfreight arrivals, including receiving, checking, and packing goods (light physical work).

Skills & Qualifications

Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain.

Strong organisational abilities and excellent attention to detail.

Confident problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Pronto Xi or Odoo is an advantage.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Familiarity with freight or customs processes desirable.

$30/hour pay rate.
