We’re now looking for an organised and motivated Operations Team Assistant to join our Business Services team. This is a graduate or early-career opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a professional services business operates from the inside out.
You’ll work closely with senior team members who will mentor, train and support you while you gain practical experience across multiple areas of the business. It’s a great chance to build a solid foundation for a long-term career in business operations and management.
What you’ll do
Assist with the day-to-day coordination of office and business operations.
Keep processes, records and internal communications organised and up to date.
Support workspace management, rosters and office presentation.
Maintain compliance and licence registers, tracking renewals and certifications.
Liaise with our IT Partner and Tech Manager to coordinate workstation setup and support.
Help with client feedback programs and quality assurance reporting.
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance the employee and client experience.
What you’ll bring
A qualification in Business, Administration or a related field (Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
Clear communication and professional presentation.
Confidence using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel and online systems.
A genuine interest in developing a career in business and operations management.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in administration, customer service or office support (even while studying).
Interest in compliance, process improvement or business systems.
