About the Role
This role has become available due to internal promotions. Reporting to an approachable and supportive Operations Manager, you will add incredible value through:
Actioning tasks that come through multiple generic inboxes and phone calls e.g. assisting with move-in requests and general enquiries.
Supporting and contributing your ideas with the implementation of process improvements.
First point of contact for general and phone enquiries.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including building managers, contractors and our internal team to ensure seamless communication and execution
Keep key systems up to date and maintain accurate data entry.
About You
You will have a background in customer service or administration and are looking to enter the corporate world.
Juggling multiple priorities and deadlines does not phase you.
You possess the ability to produce accurate, error free work thanks to your methodical, systematic approach to completing tasks.
Most important is that you empathise and put yourself in your customers’ shoes.
Communicating delays or roadblocks or following up on emails and phone calls is second nature to you.
You keep everyone informed of the next steps and what is going on.

Selection Criteria
To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:
Experience within a customer service, retail, or administration-based role.
Experience in Owners Corporation or Property Management is desirable but not essential.
A hunger to learn and develop your skills and career.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
